As created from the Texas Election Code
As a registered voter, you have the right to:
1) Vote 2) Vote without presenting your Voter Registration Certificate. 3) To request and receive a replacement Voter Registration Certificate. 4) To be assisted with voting. 5) To vote without entering the polling place. 6) To vote if you present a Voter Registration Certificate. 7) To vote in the election precinct of your former residence. 8) To receive up to 3 replacement ballots. (not applicable w/ E-Slate) 9) To wait to vote without anyone electioneering or trying to influence your vote. 10) To vote if you have served your sentence, parole, probation supervision or were pardoned. 11) To have your children under the age of 18 in the voting booth with you. 12) To receive assistance from an interpreter at the polling place. 13) To bilingual election materials. 14) To take these right with you in print to the voting booth.
