Houston Voters Against Flooding is a non-partisan political action committee dedicated to
making flooding a front burner political issue in the Houston area by increasing awareness, organizing voters, and by proposing solutions to this serious problem.   We do not believe that enough is being done to address the concerns of flood victims and to address the problem on a larger scale.
