Become an E-Captain

Do you know of other people that may be interested in joining HVAF?  Other flood victims? Concerned citizens? Friends? Neighbors?

As an e-captain we will ask you to contact your personal network of contacts, and help us identify people that want to learn more about HVAF.  You can e-mail them info about HVAF, and if you get interest, you can send us their contact info.

You can then help make sure your network attends events, and votes the flood issue on election day.

We will provide you with e-mail reminders to vote and other info to send along to friends.
